Infraquinta was awarded with the Quality Label of Water for Human Consumption
ERSAR, the Water and Waste Regulation Authority, and Água & Ambiente Newspaper attributed the Awards and Labels of the Water Services for the management entities distinguished by the quality in the service provision for public water supply and urban wastewater sewerage.
This initiative had a jury constituted by several entities representative of the sector, where the objective is to demonstrate the existence of a rigorous system of assessment of the services provided to the consumers, raise awareness of the management bodies to improve the sectors, identify and promote Portuguese reference cases.
The distinguished entities were highlighted for ensuring the compliance of a set of criteria foreseen in the Regulation “Prémios e Selos dos Serviços de Águas e Resíduos 2017”, for each category.
The Awards and Labels were delivered in solemn ceremony on November 22, at the 13th Water Conference, in Lisbon, where Infraquinta was awarded with the Label of Exemplar Quality of the Water for Human Consumption 2017.
