Clean-up campaign between Quinta do Lago and Ancão beaches
To mark the occasion, of the International Day for Biological Diversity, Infraquinta organised a clean-up campaign at the beach stretch between the Quinta do Lago and Ancão concessions, in which participated Infraquinta employees and volunteers.
Even though more than a tonne of waste has been collected, it will be necessary to resume the initiative next Monday, since there is still a lot of waste left to collect.
Infraquinta thanks everyone who supported and participated in this campaign, namely its employees, the volunteers, the Loulé Municipality, Quinta do Lago S.A., Artur’s Waterports Academy, 2 Passos restaurant, and Gigi restaurant. We also thank the positive feedback this campaign received by the CPAS-Portuguese Centre of Subaquatic Activities.
The concerns about the environment constitute a fundamental element of Infraquinta’s philosophy, therefore being able to repeat this campaign in the years to come is of the utmost importance. For now, we inform that this clean-up campaign between Quinta do Lago and Ancão beaches will continue next Monday, 29th May, at 8 o’clock, with the meeting point at the car park of Ancão Beach.
