TOPONYMY AND DOOR NUMBER
1.WHAT DOES THAT INVOLVE?
ln case of main permanent dwelling, you must change the address on all personal documentation, of your urban building and other documents in which is specified your old address.
lf it's a holiday home, you will only need to go to Ministry of Finances and Land Registry Office to update the urban building address.
2.HOW SHOULD YOU PROCEED?
Request a toponymic certificate to Municipality of Loulé filling out the "Draft Certificate of Toponymy''. Available on Loulé citizen's website/online services, attaching:
• Copy of the Building certificate;
• Location plan showing the property
(attached or available on the Citizen 's website/online services);
• Residence certificate of the Parish Council of Almancil.
Deliver the draft and the attachments in Municipality of Loulé
(Travessa de S. Pedro, nº 10, cidade de Loulé)

3.WHERE TO CHANGE YOUR ADDRESS?
Submit the toponymic certificate at the following
locations:
• Civil Registry Office (ID Card and Vehicle Registration Document);
• Land Registry Office;
• Mobility and Transport's lnstitute (driving license);
• Ministry of Finances;
• Other entities that have your old address.
Note: Infraquinta changes automatically the data in the invoicing system of the water consumption
4.RELATED COSTS
The certificate to request to the Municipal Council is free, upon presentation of residence certificate of the parish council, exempting the payments of fees upon the address update on the remaining entities, with the
exception of the Citizen Card's address change, which costs 3 Euros (€).
5.PLACING THE DOOR NUMBER
Door numbering will be placed on the property entrance facade or visible place at the gate access to the house, by lnfraquinta.
