ACTIVITIES PLAN
The preparation of the tools for Forward Management/Activities Plan and Budget, falls within the competence of the Board ovf Directors, within the scope of the competences assigned to it by the Statutes, namely by item q) of article tenth and in accordance with the principles established in the articles seventeenth to nineteenth.
The tools for Forward Management in 2020 were drawn up within the framework of the Delegated Management Contract – revised and signed by the holder entity of the Serviços de Águas e de Gestão de Resíduos Urbanos – Municipality of Loulé and Infraquinta –Empresa de Infraestruturas da Quinta do Lago, E.M. as Managing Entity, which will be effective from 2016 to 2025.
The Revision of the Delegated Management Agreement arose from the need to introduce adjustments to the principles established by Decree-Law no. 194/2009 of August 20 and by the Article 21 of the Local Tax Law, approved by Law no. 73/2013 of 3 September.
The Plan of Activities reflects the strategic objectives established by the 2016/2030 Strategic Plan for the water supply, wastewater sanitation and urban waste management sectors, namely the improvement of service quality, the optimization and efficient management of resources and the economic and financial sustainability.
